Job Description
As part of the Logistics Department, we are seeking an intern to join our team in Munich. This is an international and dynamic team, with a key role in Logistics in EMEA.
- Freight invoice checking and approval in internal tools
- Shipping documents archiving and data checks in SAP, processing different postings in SAP for goods receipts and shipments
- Support in the inbound process with 3PL companies and ocean freight carriers
- Support in different areas of logistics reporting: 3PL daily reports, outbound visibility, carrier performance/KPI, and cost tracking
- Support in the analysis and further optimization of existing logistics processes
- Teamwork, communication and intercultural skills
- Entrepreneurial skills, proactive attitude, possessing a sense of urgency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization, including executive management and in an international environment
- Ability to work autonomously with high reliability
- Fluency in English
- Other languages will be an advantage.
- Munich (40 hours per week)
- Student in Business Administration, Data Science, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Management
- Previous working experience gained through other student jobs or internships in multinational companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
- Experience in working with SAP ERP system is a plus
