Manager, Internal Process Audit

We combine constant monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades such as LED lighting, superior HVAC, Budderfly IOT sensors, temperature and refrigeration controls, renewable energy sourcing, and more into an easy, one-stop solution.

In this role, we are seeking a talented individual for the position of Manager, Customer Management Process Auditing. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for overseeing the process & best practice adherence within the Customer Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create & implement processes to oversee/audit all aspects of the customer onboarding processes
  • Identify and correct all data gaps or anomalies to prevent errors in invoice receipt, billing, incentive receipt, or customer installations
  • Manage a team of auditors who can scale with rapid growth, provide agile attention to the most pressing issues
  • Identify & execute process improvements based on consistent audit findings that will prevent future gaps and improve the overall customer experience

Qualifications: .

  • Successful candidate will have 3-5 years of customer service/onboarding, bill processing, or general project coordination experience
  • Experience managing a team, in the energy or utility industry is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of utility billing, rate structures, and tariff's strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across multiple teams and external vendors
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • BS degree preferred

Salary Range: $72,000 - $78,000 / based on factors including level of experience, skillset, and qualifications.

Location: Shelton, CT
