We are seeking a creative, dependable, and hardworking Customer Care Specialists.
Ideal candidate is experienced problem solvers who can collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams at Budderfly.

Shifts Available:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Hybrid Schedule-Tues/Wed/Thurs on-site/Shelton Office)

Job Responsibilities:
• Act as Liaison with management and our customers
• Provide dedication to improve customer service and business productivity
• Proactively manage customer portfolio including billing, IoT, monitoring and customer reach-out.
• Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, chat

Desired Characteristics:
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work as a team player and independently
• Creative problem solver with ability to multi-task
• Ability to work rotational weekend/holiday call
• Passion for energy savings

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in customer phone service
• Experience problem solving and providing resolution to billing and other customer care issues
• Minimum HS Degree
• Available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Mond-Friday for the 90 day training period.

Pay band: $26.44 ($55k) - $27.40 ($57k) per hour (COE)

Compensation

$26.44—$27.40 USD

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
