The Blumen product is an excellent tool to build high quality long form research content. We are looking for someone to own, write, and run this function within our business. Using the Blumen data tool, your own writing acumen and taste, and knowledge about energy, infrastructure, and minerals, you will write world-class research reports and articles under the Blumen brand.

Responsibilities

• Serve as editor and lead writer on this team and eventually build a team of freelance researchers, analysts, and writers around you
• Research, write, and create compelling visuals targeted toward energy and infrastructure industry professionals that differentiates in richness, aesthetics, and narrative from the dry, mundane research from EIA, IEA, S&P, etc.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional technical writing experience
• Deep understanding of energy and commodities markets
• Demonstrated excellence through available past written work (Substack, past jobs, Medium, etc.) of writing skill, data analysis abilities, and subject matter depth
