Our office is located in Santa Clara, CA, and is home to 100+ team members with diverse experience, including robotics, computer vision, and machine learning. We would like IT Support Technician to be able to work in the office 3-4 times a week in our Santa Clara office.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our growing team and provide world class end user support at Blue River Technology.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for internal Blue River Technology support requests
  • Solve issues, drive enhancements, and work to improve the daily end-user experience
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software counts via our asset management system
  • Provide maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for all computers and peripherals
  • Assist remote users with a variety of problems, including password resets, VPN issues, and network troubleshooting
  • Provide A/V support for Zoom and Polycom devices
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of VPN, DHCP, DNS, AD, macOS, Windows and Linux
  • Triage, assign, and escalate all incoming tickets via Jira
  • Handle all IT Support aspects of the employee life-cycle, from new hire onboarding to employee termination
  • Basic understanding of Okta, Zscaler, and Atlassian are a plus

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field of study or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in an IT support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Local to the Bay Area - We are a hybrid company, and this role will require you to be in the office as 3 to 4 days per week on average.

The US base salary range for this position is $76,000 – $132,000, along with eligibility for Blue River’s bonus and benefit programs.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

During the recruitment process, we may identify an alternative role or level which you are more suited. If your ideal role at Blue River differs from the advertised position, we will provide an updated pay range as soon as possible during the hiring process.
