Coordinate rig mobilizations and demobilizations, ensuring safe and efficient transitions between boreholes or drilling locations.

Coordinate and track hot shot deliveries of time-sensitive materials or equipment.

Contractor Oversight

Supervise third-party construction contractors and service providers, ensuring work meets scope, quality, safety, and schedule expectations.

Conduct daily check-ins, verify work progress, and resolve field issues collaboratively.

Problem Solving and Field Leadership

Apply critical thinking to rapidly identify operational bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to deploy on-the-ground solutions.

Escalate challenges appropriately and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Maintain clear field documentation and reporting for progress, issues, and key decisions.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and field HSE practices.

Participate in daily safety briefings and conduct field inspections as needed.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in field-based construction and logistics.

Proven ability to manage field operations and multi-vendor construction schedules.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to track and drive multiple concurrent tasks.

Ability to manage budgets, level bids, and negotiate with vendors.

Working knowledge of heavy equipment for trenching, rig operations, and construction logistics.

Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel regularly to remote project sites.

Preferred:

10+ years of project management experience in field-based construction and logistics.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience in geothermal, oil & gas, utility-scale solar, civil construction, or similar industries.

Experience with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.).

Familiarity with environmental permitting, utility coordination, and subsurface construction.

Salary:
