Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing omni-channel growth strategies with a focus on customer acquisition, sales performance, growth marketing, and customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to build and implement growth oriented processes while also being incredibly collaborative with cross functional partners and business units. The VP of growth will oversee the sales and marketing functions and work in close partnership with the executive team to align on strategic processes and maximize efficiency.
