The Exciting Stuff

As our Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast region, you will contribute to Atom Power's success by partnering with C-level decision-makers and their direct reports to bring Electric Vehicle charging solutions to our clients. Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for top line sales growth and acceptable company margins. This role is critical in establishing key relationships with Fleet, Workplace, & Destination accounts. You will also travel within the sales region 50% of the time (minimum) to get Atom Power, Inc. introduced to customers.

What you will do

  • Identify and close on new opportunities
  • Sell to C-level leaders and decision makers
  • Engage and tactically maneuver with V-level and D-level leaders to create the best solutions
  • Solve implementation roadblocks for site managers and operators
  • Technical sales of EV charging systems

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Sales experience in EV charging, electrical, or utility
  • Established and trusted network of Fortune 500 companies and C-level leaders in workplace, destination, and fleet
  • Experience structuring and closing complex negotiations

We'd love to see

  • Relationships within NAED
  • Relationships within NEMRA
  • Experience with electrical one-lines (project take off)
  • NEC Code and local utility requirements experience
  • Proven track record of successful sales volume
  • Project Management experience
