About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to support our field agents through daily outbound calls. In this role, you’ll offer sales guidance, training, and real-time support to help agents meet their targets, while collecting feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring quality data. You’ll also speak directly with farmers to support loan repayments and share insights that improve team strategy and performance.
