Job Description

Antora is manufacturing thermal batteries that bridge the gap between renewable power and industrial production. Antora’s batteries store energy from renewables as heat for days on end, delivering that stored energy as heat and power at the scale and temperatures that large industrial operations demand. Position Summary

The Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in growing Antora's team by providing best in class candidate experience while ensuring a smooth administration and coordination of tasks in support of Antora’s hiring efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own interview scheduling and candidate flow within Greenhouse
  • Assist with candidate logistics, including travel arrangements and reimbursements, booking conference rooms, ordering meals, etc.
  • Follow up with applicants and our internal team via phone of email
  • Provide onboarding support
  • Participate in the coordination of recruiting events
  • Work closely with the Talent team to identify process improvements

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant Talent/People experience with a strong background in interview scheduling and candidate management
  • Good understanding of general hiring process and procedures
  • Experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to identify and solve bottlenecks
  • Creative with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with getting things done using ambiguous information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary Range: $30.00 USD - $38.00 USD

Salary Basis: Hourly
