Of course, this won't happen overnight. It needs talented people like you. As a Production Technology Transfer Manager (m/f/d), you are a key expert in the transfer of our process to industrial scale protein production. You work with multifunctional internal and external teams during the implementation and early execution phase of an operational manufacturing process. You act as a daily interface between contract manufacturers and the team and help to develop and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with CMO's.

• Manage technology transfer projects in the biotechnology industry e.g. establishment of new production sites, technology transfers of site-to-site transfers, process improvement implementation, third party management and diversification of the product portfolio
• Coordinate and oversee different complex subprojects and to align different project plans
• Plan and supervise external implementation and production campaigns on site at the CMO
• Evaluate results and identify corrective or improving measures
• Give continuous feedback to AMSilk´s internal process development department
• Educational background in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Process Technology, Chemical Engineering etc.
• Profound experience in White Biotechnology and technology transfer project management
• Deep knowledge in fermentation and protein purification, preferably in E.coli
• Understanding of the upscaling of biological processes
• Familiarity with managing CMO's
• Confidence with statistical evaluation of big data sets is a plus
• Experience in the design of large-scale production plants is a plus
