As a Manager Production Partner (m/f/d) for our production site in the Czech Republic (one hour north of Prague), you will monitor and improve operational processes across departments and ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company's goals. You will be the single point of contact for the CMOs. This role focuses on optimising operations, managing resources and leading internal and external teams to achieve operational targets in terms of quality, safety and performance.

• Manage, mentor and develop external members of the external operations team to strengthen the partnership and improve performance together
• Set goals, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure team compliance
• Analyse, design and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators to monitor efficiency, quality, and output
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment and personnel, to ensure optimum use
• Manage inventory and supply chain operations to reduce costs and maintain quality standards
• Ensure that the CMO operates in compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Master of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Textile, Process or Industrial Engineering (FH/Uni) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years operations management experience with strong team leadership skills in an industrial production environment with a proven track record in process improvement (e.g. chemical, textile, oil & gas industry)
• Extensive project management experience in leading and coordinating complex projects with external CMOs
• Understanding and implementation of LEAN manufacturing philosophy, leading holistic performance and cost improvement projects
• Experience of operational Key Performance Indicators and reporting/review processes to ensure continuous improvement of operational performance
• Experience in wet spinning of textile fibres is an advantage
• Six Sigma Black Belt experience is an advantage
• Business level fluency in English and Czech, both written and spoken
