What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. This role will completely own and drive the AP process.

• Processing AP invoices
• Preparing payment file and ensuring the aging report is complete and accurate
• Managing vendor set up- W9, ACH Set Up, etc
• Confirming vendor changes (address and bank account)
• Overseeing PO matches
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with the processing of invoices
• Assists in development and implementation of department systems and procedures as needed
• Respond to inquiries around AP both internally and externally
• Prepare reporting and relative documentation to Manager of Accounting

Requirements

The minimum requirements we seek:

• 4–5-year experience in an AP role- Industry experience a plus
• Netsuite experience is a must
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Airbase experience is a plus
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally

The salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, job experience and physical location.
