Our goal is to contribute to zero emission mobility and allow EV drivers to charge at the right place with the right speed. Allego has built a charging network across multiple European countries. The EV market is emerging and changing rapidly. Our road is exciting, and we keep driving forward with confidence.
We’re looking for an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team in the Netherlands. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing total reward programs across most European countries with a strong focus on GermanyandFrance.
This is what you’ll be responsible for:
- Make, implement, and improve compensation and benefits strategies.
- Act as the go-to expert for market benchmarking and salary structures.
- Ensure compliance between employee benefits and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll providers to align reward initiatives with broader HR and business strategies.
- Lead the performance evaluation and compensation review process.
- Develop benefit leaflets and statements for employees.
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement and competitiveness.
- Support on the negotiations of the Dutch Collective Labor agreement and lead the transfer to an employee manual.
