Allego provides reliable charging solutions to cities, companies, and consumers. We deliver charging facilities that can be used by all electric cars and every EV driver, providing a seamless charging experience. Our goal is to contribute to zero emission mobility and see to it that EV drivers can charge at the right location with the right solution. The EV market is growing and changing rapidly. The road will be exciting and with confidence we stay ahead.
A bit more about the job
Electricity is at the core of Allego’s business. The cost at which it is procured and its origin (renewable/fossil, etc.) are essential levers of the company profitability and attractiveness. Allego is active as an energy supplier in several countries for our own charging network. We are looking for an Energy Specialist to join our central Energy team.
As Energy Specialist you will be the first contact for all matters related to our energy supply in Germany. You are responsible to manage the relationship with our partner, who takes care of the energy market processes. You will deal with a multitude of stakeholders in the energy sector such as the Environmental Agency, tax authorities, brokers to biofuel (THG) tickets and green certificates, etc. You will work within our central energy team in the Netherlands. Together you will take care of Energy supply, PPA’s, CO2 tickets and our in-house trading platform.
