The Role
The Talent Acquisition team at AiDASH is dedicated to identifying, attracting and hiring world-class talent that contributes to securing tomorrow. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talent acquisition team in Bangalore.
Reporting directly to the Director of Recruiting, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our R&D (product, data science, and engineering) teams. You will develop, iterate on, and manage recruiting processes and systems from end-to-end; source, pitch, screen and close top talent; and be a consultative partner to the hiring managers. If you are enthusiastic about driving rapid growth and innovation in the climatetech sector, skilled at identifying and nurturing untapped talent, and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience, we would love to connect!
