Ready to drive the hiring of local market experts in São Paulo or Astana? Interested in securing Market Leads in St. Louis or identifying the best Partnership and Account Leaders in France, Poland and Germany?


As we grow and scale, we’re now actively searching for an accomplished Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in identifying and recruiting exceptional Sales & Commercial talent, ideally from within the Ag Tech or related industries (for example, Renewable Energy, Climate Tech, and Farmer Facing Industries). In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of the entire lifecycle of recruitment, developing and executing strategies to secure diverse, top-tier talent for critical Sales and Commercial positions, alongside other strategic roles as required in our growing business.


Reporting into our TA Lead you will hold a high degree of autonomy and ownership, closely collaborating and embedding yourself within our commercial functions at Agreena.
