Summary

We are looking for a highly-organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant to join our team and partner with our Executive Assistant in support of our CEO and executive team. In this role, you’ll be critical to ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to juggle multiple ongoing projects with changing priorities, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

CEO Support:

• Under the Executive Business Partner's guidance, be the orchestrator of the CEO's travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics for flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Manage the CEO's schedule and handle expenses with strong attention to detail
• Extend support to other team members in scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management

Team Coordination

• Closely partner with the Executive Business Partner
• Craft agendas and prepare materials for all-team meetings
• Provide support in both pre- and post-meeting logistics, ensuring smooth coordination.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years in either an administrative, hospitality, event planning or related role
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and a knack for multitasking
• Highly proactive in nature
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Intermediate to Expert proficiency with Google Suite
• Self-driven with demonstrated history of initiative
• Experience operating with and supporting teams in multiple time-zones
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality

This is a remote full-time position, and the starting base for this role is at $60K.
