Die A-Gas Deutschland GmbH beliefert als technischer Spezialist für Kältemittel die großen Automobil-Hersteller in Deutschland und darüber hinaus. In unserem Customer Service sind wir die Ansprechpartner für eine Vielzahl von Kunden. Wir bieten persönliche Beratung für jedes individuelle Anliegen und finden nachhaltige Lösungen.
Bei A-Gas sehen wir uns alle als ein Team an, in dem jedes Mitglied wertgeschätzt und individuell gefördert wird.
Was sind meine Aufgaben?
o Telefonische sowie schriftliche Betreuung eines festgelegten Kundenstamms
o Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Rechnungserstellung
o Organisation und Koordination von Transporten
o Pflege von Kundendatensätzen im System
o Vorbereitung von Exportdokumenten und Versandunterlagen
o Enge Abstimmung mit der Produktion
o Office Management - u.a. Organisation von Besuchen, Unterstützung der Führungskräfte, Übersetzungsarbeiten (Englisch-Deutsch), Bestellungen von Office-Bedarfen
o Planung und Organisation interner Firmenevents
Wo werde ich arbeiten?
Seevetal (Ramelsloh) sowie Remote work möglich (2 Tage pro Woche)
Was sollte ich mitbringen?
Erforderlich
o Sicheres und sympathisches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
o Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
o Selbstorganisation
o Sichere Deutsch - & Englischkenntnisse
Wünschenswert
o Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Service oder Logistik, sowie Office Management
o Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel
o Kenntnisse in Microsoft Great Plains
o Flexibilität
