Become a part of our mission and learn more about our Product & Tech team!As a Project Management Intern in the Heartbeat team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across software, energy markets, and hardware in our modern Tech Lab in Berlin. You’ll help structure and coordinate initiatives that shape the way thousands of households interact with energy — and help our teams deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.

• Drive key initiatives to scale our Heartbeat AI platform across Germany and international markets
• Align and track cross-functional deliverables across Forecasting, Optimization, Engineering, and Business teams
• Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and support internal project reviews
• Create reports, dashboards, and slide decks for internal and external stakeholders
• Help identify blockers, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead to monitor progress and prepare sprint planning and execution
• Prepare internal presentations for executive leadership and communicate roadmap updates along key progress highlights

The successful candidate will have:

• You are in a gap year or just completed your Bachelor’s or Master's degree and are available full-time for 6 months in Berlin
• Study Business, Engineering, Energy, or a similar field
• You’ve gained first experience in fast-paced environments through internships, student projects, or coursework
• You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn how complex projects come to life
• You are confident in English (our company language); German is a plus
• You’ve worked with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Looker, or project tracking tools — or are happy to learn quickly
• You want to make a real impact and be part of Europe’s clean energy transformation
• You are part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen
