• Be responsible for the operational post-merger integration of the local business with a focus on operations (processes, digitalization, integration of shared services, etc.)
• Provide our partners' management with indispensable support in all requirements of the growing business on site
• Integrate the 1KOMMA5° vision and structure, individually and sustainably, to guarantee efficient teamwork with our partner companies
• Coordinate and constantly optimize the integration with 1KOMMA5° related functions (e.g. marketing, purchasing, HR, etc.)
• Guide and support, if required, the development of new sites for your partner company
• You graduated from an education or study in the field of economics, business informatics or similar
• You bring at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in managing operational projects, ideally in the implementation with a focus on process optimization, digitalization and change management
• Drive your projects forward with a high level of personal responsibility in an independent and focused approach and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
• Innovative work in a midsize industry motivates you to work with passion and perseverance to achieve our mission
• Willingness to travel and intercultural communication skills in German (fluent) and English (B2) top your profile up
