• Heartbeat Tech: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience app around this

• Virtual Assembly Line for installation companies: Digitisation of operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Platform Engineering team and support the development of our internal platform, which provides solutions to empower employees to build software and data products faster, at higher quality (incl. cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and data access, analysis, visualization).

  Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work side-by-side with and learn from the Product Manager responsible for Platform Products at 1KOMMA5°
• Support conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, and gathering and prioritising requirements from stakeholders
• Assist in synthesising user research and company strategy into ready-to-work-on delivery items
• Help with internal product marketing (i.e. communicating the benefits of technically complex products to stakeholders in an easy and non-boring fashion)
• Support identification, visualisation and maintenance of product metrics You have:
• Ongoing studies in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic understanding of software development processes and cloud technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to break down technical concepts to different audiences
• Ability to quickly find your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary working environment
• Independent and structured work approach
• An agile and results-oriented mindset and team player attitude
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a plus Bonus points for:
• Coding proficiency from through coursework, work experience or side projects
• Previous experience in product management, business analysis, user research, or related
