· Participation in the recruitment of staff for facility positions while effectively mentoring and managing their professional growth, development opportunities, and compensation.

· Directing and coordinating of activities of project personnel to ensure project responsibilities are met and assigned tasks progress on schedule, within prescribed budget and within compliance guidelines. Candidate will also review and/or prepare acceptable communications status reports that delineate to the Client and regulatory agencies the progress of schedules and/or budgets.

· Working with project and support personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems effectively and efficiently.

· Serve as primary point of contact with the external Client, regulatory agencies and internal company support personnel and departments. This will require effective communication through written reports and public speaking engagements.

· Travel to assigned projects for effective management and support of the project, project personnel, emergency response and recovery efforts and client communications at the direction of the Area Manager and Southeast Region Operations Leader.

· Comply with all company Health and Safety procedures and policies and assist with the execution and completion of any outstanding safety audits.

You will be responsible for ensuring the overall health and safety of all assigned employees by coordinating with the Plant Managers and Woodard & Curran’s Health & Safety Manager, creating a safe workplace environment as well as an emergency procedures program.
