The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer - Backend Python, to be a part of our Product Team that defines, builds, and delivers our product features. These would be features such as automation of our lead generation pipeline and building and integrating sales channels. As a Team Member in a product team, you will work towards specific outcomes with the freedom and responsibility to figure out the best way to achieve them together with the other Engineers and other Product Team members.

Your role encompasses refining, architecting, executing, and sustaining a variety of serverless applications, actively contributing to the continuous evolution of our team's capabilities.

Joining a freshly established team, your role will be crucial in shaping the technological landscape of the team, drawing on your extensive experience in software development. A background in streamlining pipelines and integrating machine learning models into production environments would be advantageous. Furthermore, a “can-do” attitude and a penchant for simplicity, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, are precisely the qualities we are seeking.

The Tech Stack

The team system thrives on a serverless architecture seamlessly orchestrated via AWS, with primary operations conducted in AWS through EventBridge, and Python Lambda functions using a Serverless Application Model.

The Ideal Candidate

• A wealth of experience in Backend development within the Python ecosystem.
• Owns their production-level expertise with Python and GIT, familiar with aspects of data handling, automation, and integrating machine learning models into process pipelines.
• Expertise with AWS services (SQS, Eventbridge, Lambda, S3, SAM…),
• Demonstrates a history with building scalable solutions from the ground up, thriving in start-from-zero scenarios.
• Relishes active engagement in a cross-functional team, contributing to and learning from varied perspectives.
