Job Description
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.
More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.
Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.
We’re growing fast: Our community of 78 million registered users and 199,000 active partners across 17 countries, have together already saved 257 million meals from going to waste - avoiding almost 647,000 tonnes of CO2e!
Too Good To Go was named in FastCompany’s March 2022 list of the World's Most Innovative Companies, and was honoured to be included in TIME’s list of the 100 Most Influential Companies of 2022.
We’re looking for an exceptional People Analytics Partner to join our superstar team at Too Good To Go.
This role can be based in any of our European Hubs, preferably in Milan, Copenhagen or London.

You will become part of the Global People Operations team and work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business, from Finance through to our P&C Business Partners, as we evolve to meet the requirements of a fast-paced business in high growth.
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture Operations, you will divide your time between ad-hoc data needs and longer-term People Analytics and data projects. Few days are the same, but overall your tasks would revolve around:
- Partnering with P&C and business stakeholders to continuously improve our People Analytics and data management to interpret and understand trends and areas of improvement
- Lead dataset development for short and long-term requirements, from ad-hoc reports to ongoing dashboards, to provide business insights on people data and trends, aligned with wider organisational datasets.
- Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests.
- Translating data and analysis into simple, transparent and usable datasets and reports for teams across Too Good To Go, from Global Management to Local P&C.

- Identify data capture and analytics efficiency improvements and collaborate within and beyond the P&C team to implement these
- Support the Global P&C team to support deliverables and sometimes own special projects related to P&C at Too Good To Go.
- Lead systems assessment and implementation as needs arise (e.g., applicant tracking system, HRIS system, learning management system, etc.)
Your profile:

- You are an expert in Google Sheets/ Excel, easily able to create structure and insights from data.
- You are a good communicator who can present analysis in a succinct way through slide decks, process documents and in meetings.
- You are a true organisational talent and can easily prioritise competing tasks and manage several projects simultaneously. You can switch between deep-diving in data, to presenting analysis and strategic recommendations or supporting teammates.
