Job Description
Tesla is seeking a motivated and talented individual to work in Austin Factory’s Operations Control Center that monitors and manages the factory in real time. This person will be responsiblefor monitoring the flow of product through the different shops of the factory to ensure that production output is being maximized. Their role is designed to look ahead and prevent issues but when issues occur, stepping in and working with all required groups (Shop Leaders, Production Control (material flow), Master Scheduler, New Product Introduction, Material Planning, Logistics, etc.) to develop the action plan and lead implementation to facilitate quick recovery to minimize impact on overall performance. Candidate should be flexible to work day or night shift based on business needs.
