Tesla’s Intralogistics Maintenance is looking for a highly motivated individual to technical manage an exciting new Maintenance activity of all Mobile Equipment’s inside the factory (Automated Trailers, Moving racks). This is a cross-functional role that requires coordination between many different groups within and outside of Tesla. You will drive the development and deployment of new internal Maintenance processes while also managing the ramp of development lines. Maintenance Engineers primary responsibility is to review technical complications and problem solving in regular operations. Other duties can include scheduling, requisition of materials, maintenance order management and Flux Database maintenance. This requires a working knowledge of Flux (Tesla software) and a functional understanding of maintenance craft skills, tools and equipment in the areas of responsibility. This training can be provided.

You will drive other challenging & exciting projects from maintenance concept through “get damaged equipment’s from production - fix it - handover to production”. You will use your technical engineering background to understand the equipment, process, and product requirements; technical risks; and strategy for deployment and repairs; and use these to define the Maintenance program plan. You will communicate and present equipment’s status, highlight schedule risk, and develop recovery plans in the event of a line stops.
