Job Description

As a member of the cell modeling team, this engineer will explore and study electrode mechanical swelling during battery cycling through test development, test execution, and data analysis. This work will build fundamental material understanding and feed into larger mechanical simulations to support both Tesla’s vehicle and energy product development. The engineer in this role will be expected to work alongside other engineering and prototyping teams to design experiments, root cause testing issues, and synthesize data efficiently.
