We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our manufacturing test engineering organization, driving the development of data-driven production testing equipment for Tesla’s power electronics across vehicles, energy storage, and charging products.

This role is a critical part of the machine that builds the machine, requiring a strong technical contributor who can both execute and lead— balancing hands-on engineering work with guiding a small, high-performing team.
