The Market Compliance Manager is responsible for designing and executing registration strategies to access European electricity markets with Tesla’s algorithmic trading solution, Autobidder. The Autobidder team develops systematic software solutions for monetizing energy storage systems by continuously forecasting electricity market prices, analyzing key market trends, and actively re-optimizing behavior. We have repeatedly demonstrated success in all active markets in residential, commercial, and utility-scale settings.

We are seeking candidates with experience in developing and executing market registration strategies and bringing assets into commercial operation. You will work alongside engineering, finance, policy and commercial teams to obtain and maintain relevant market access. Successful candidates will understand the key trade-offs between alternative route-to-market strategies and be able to provide informed recommendations on the implications for accessing different revenue streams.
