Der Central Workshop von der Abteilung Forming sucht ein neues Teammitglied, das verschiedene Projekte im Rahmen der Einführung einer neuen Instandhaltungsstruktur vorantreibt.
Du wirst Prozesse entwickeln, um Ausrüstung zu erhalten, sie an die Beteiligten zu übergeben und die Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten. Du lernst den allgemeinen Prozess, wie eine Wartungsabteilung arbeitet und wie eine Fahrzeugproduktion geplant und durchgeführt wird. Darüber hinaus erhältst Du einen tiefen Einblick in die Instandhaltung unserer Anlagen, indem Du die Budgetplanung für die Instandhaltung der Anlagen aktiv mitgestaltest, z.B. für Ersatzteile, Wartung und Reparaturen.
Als Mitglied unseres Teams bist Du auch für die Projektsteuerung in einem Werk auf der grünen Wiese verantwortlich, indem Du deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten einsetzt, um erfolgreich und effektiv in multidisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten. Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n und motivierte/n Praktikant/in, der/die in der Lage ist, mehrere Aufgaben in einem dynamischen und sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu bewältigen.
