Job Description

The Associate Manager Die Maintenance will be responsible for meeting production forecast and ensuring policies and procedures are carried out to achieve established company goals. The Associate Manager will lead the Tooling & Die Shopfloor Team with a focus on Safety, Quality, Production and Cost. The Associate manager is responsible for the identification of manufacturing risks in the tooling area. This position reports to the Gigafactory Berlin, Tooling & Die Manager Casting.

The Role:

Responsible for leading HPDC Die Maintenance team in Tooling to improve operations by leading die build projects and day to day tool sustaining activities, driving continuous improvements, and Implementing new technology, while meeting quality and safety standards
