Job Description
Tesla is seeking a driven, proven people leader as Associate Manager, Collision Trainingto join the Collision Learning & Development (L&D) team. You will manage the daily operations of multiple training facilities and lead a team of Trainers responsible for delivering training to support the performance of Tesla Collision Centers. You will ensure the effective and efficient implementation of our learning programs (from scheduling to course evaluation), as well as work with subject matter experts and content designers to enhance existing and develop new learning solutions and programs.
