Job Description
The Role: Associate Manager (Fixtures)
Tesla is searching for a passionate Associate Maintenance Manager highly motivated to lead part of the Fixtures maintenance department at Gigafactory Nevada in implementing, maintaining and improving our world-class maintenance program. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department including the upkeep of all manufacturing assets and resources while developing and driving the team to continuous success. The Associate Maintenance Manager will oversee multiple shifts of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians while supporting Tesla’s mission to help accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
