Como asesor/a de entrega en Tesla, será responsable de guiar a los clientes a través del proceso de entrega, asegurándose de que tengan una experiencia excepcional cuando reciban su vehículo.
Se convertirá en un experto/a en entregas que añadirá su propia orientación a la solución de adquisición, validándola y ajustándola según sea necesario para garantizar el éxito de la entrega.
Deberá tener una gran determinación para alcanzar el éxito y pasión por la misión de Tesla, que consiste en acelerar la transición del mundo hacia la energía sostenible.
Formará parte de un gran equipo de ventas y entrega que trabaja en estrecha colaboración y con flexibilidad en todas las áreas. Se espera que coopere con frecuencia y muestre una mentalidad de equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y entregas.
What to expect
As a Delivery Advisor at Tesla, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the delivery process and ensuring that they have a frictionless and exceptional experience when taking delivery of their Tesla vehicle. You will be a delivery expert who adds your own guidance to the ownership solution, validating and adjusting it as needed to ensure a successful delivery.
You have relentless determination to succeed, and you are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
