Job Description
The START Program Apprentice Technician will go through a comprehensive training program designed to provide the candidates with the skills necessary for a successful career with Tesla while earning their Red Seal Designation. During the program, apprentices will develop technical expertise and earn certifications through a blended approach of in-class theory, hands-on labs and self-paced learning. Apprentices are also given enhanced soft skills and team-based repair practices. This program will be providing all levels of provincially accredited technical training and on the job hours so after successful completion of the START program, candidate will be expected to write and pass the Red Seal Examination and become a licensed Service Technician with Tesla.
