Job Description
The Application Support Analyst is responsible to provide successful implementation and management of Tesla software services (applications) in an inventory control management environment, providing support to ensure the service meets quality, security, and compliance standards, providing documentation for ongoing support and maintenance of the systems.
Tesla Toronto Automation uses custom-developed software, interfacing with off-the-shelf systems, to track and dispatch inventory at multiple locations. The software provides critical services to multiple departments and is in continuous heavy use. Bug fixes, QOL upgrades and tweaks, and the addition of critical functionality will be the main elements of this role. Working with stakeholders in multiple departments will be important for informing how the candidate will direct the development efforts of an external team.
Ambition to learn new software, map workflows, work in cross functional teams, and experiment with new systems are significant assets. This is a dynamic role, and the candidate needs to be comfortable working for a company in an expansion phase
