Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. EHS&S Manager of APAC region, the primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the development and execution of the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Management Systems throughout the Pacific markets with a primary focus on Sales, Service and Delivery businesses. This position will lead multiple direct reports and is responsible for technical work in a wide range of EHS disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must have successful management system implementation experience and have effectively led and developed EHS leadership. This role will require working closely with regional and global collaboration teams, management, line supervisors, associates, and EHS team members to ensure roles and responsibilities are well defined and understood. The candidate must work well on both self-initiated projects and those driven by concerns and issues reported by employees. The ideal candidate takes pride in his/her analytical abilities, organization skills and attention to details. He/she appreciates an environment where superior work is encouraged, noticed and rewarded.
