To support our day-to-day operations, Tesla is setting up a transportation team that is focused on moving our trucks and cars as efficiently and soon as possible to the final delivery location. Tesla is looking for an Administrative & Support Specialist who assists the team. Ranging from managing purchase order statuses to data bulk reviews and uploads to administrative tasks associated with the Tesla Truck Fleet. Ideal candidates for this role will have strong attention to detail, superior problem-solving abilities, experience with a fast-moving environment and can provide quick and strategic solutions. We are looking for a self-motivated team player passionate about standardization. In short, you will work in the exciting, dynamic and challenging world of transportation, directly for the leading EV car manufacturer.
