Going beyond the existing plant-based burgers, we are developing alternative meat whole-cuts – think steaks and chicken breasts – using innovations in manufacturing, materials science, and tissue engineering. This will transform how the world consumes meat and protein. Spun out of Harvard University in 2020, we are actively building our core team.

We are hiring an Office Manager to helpbuild out our physical space to support our rapidly growing team. You will work on the Operations team to create and act on scalable processes to support the rest of the organization. You will coordinate and oversee administrative duties in an office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Loves to bring positive energy to the spaces their inhabit and is excited about contributing to company culture
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with ordering and POs is a huge plus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Create infrastructure for receiving/processing incoming mail and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail
• Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
• Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Coordinate ordering across all the teams (ingredients, equipment, etc.) – someone who can optimize this process would be a huge asset to the team!
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group off-sites, doing research, and creating reports
• Coordinate office events and build company culture
