About the Role:
Working as part of the production team, technical support for new and existing customers, along with ensuring the build of electrical wiring harnesses are completed in line with our high standards ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers, engineering, production, logistics, commercial and purchasing to ensure efficient and accurate quoting of electrical wiring harnesses, for new and existing customers are quoted.
- Following all procedures and processes to meet day to day requirements of the business as well as quality and health and safety standards and requirements.
- Achieving effective continuity of agreed deadlines through flexible working patterns
- Actively participating in training activities provided by the company to ensure all high-quality build standards are met and continuously improved.
Key Requirements:
- Must have extensive experience across multiple OEM and system 25 harnesses.
- Must have experience of working within motorsport or aerospace with harnesses directly
- Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.
- Must have experience of working in a customer focused role
