About the Role:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage Systems Architecture Team task management portal (Jira or similar)

· Co-Ordinate Team Meetings ensuring actions are logged as tasks and properly allocated within task management structure

· Plan task allocation against system development process - Agile Orientated Planning

· Co-ordinate with cross functional teams (hardware, software, test, simulation and integration) on task allocation and task planning

· Ensure task management is integrated with requirement management, issue management and Bug management systems/processes

· Generate reports for senior leadership communication of progression & issue resolution

· Structure team and cross functional system/feature reviews, support feature owners in the capturing of actions, notes and agendas

Required Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Technical Discipline (Project Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics etc)

System or Knowledge

· Agile systems engineering

· Scrum principals (Scrum Master not required)

· Familiarity with System Engineering processes (e.g. A-Spice)

· Experienced in task management and reporting tools, confluence, JIRA, Tableau etc

· Operate within Functional Safety Standards (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508)

· Ensures Environmental Health & Safety policy is always adhered to.

· Promotes Environmental Health & Safety awareness.

· Responsible for adhering to EHS procedures & policies to ensure compliance

· Eligible to work in the UK.

· This role is based at our Head Office at Birmingham Business Park, 0900 to 1700, including 30-minute paid break 5 days a week.

· Hybrid location available through discussion with hiring manager

· Travel occasionally
