What You’ll Do:

•Perform visual inspection upon receipt.

•Document condition of incoming parts

•Cleaning and dissembling incoming parts

•Create system documents following company procedures.

•Repackage equipment in a way to prevent damage in shipping.

•Create labels via FedEx/UPS systems for domestic and international shipments.

•Perform all shipping and receiving functions as required, including loading and unloading LTL shipments (fork truck certification is required / company will provide training as necessary).

•Perform and Coordinate local Pick-ups and deliveries as needed

•Maintain customer shipping data.

•Maintain tracking information and pictures per job.

•Interface with customers and internal personnel.

•Manage processes to meet company metrics.

•All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.

What We Need from You:

•Must have a chauffer license

•Basic computer skills

•Detail oriented

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

•Effective communication skills (oral / written)

•Ability to multitask

•No lifting restrictions

•Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

•Previous experience related to shipping and receiving procedures preferred.

•Must have a good Driving Record
