Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to support local and global sourcing strategies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness
- Develop supplier performance metrics and manage ongoing relationships
- Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align sourcing with operational needs
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with company standards and EU regulations
- Support localization strategies to improve lead times and cost efficiency
- Continuously monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Familiar with global sourcing practices and local supply chain conditions in Europe
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- Must have legal working rights in the EU
