Job Description
As a Senior Visual Designer, you will work closely with EU User Experience Director in shaping end-to-end experiences for the European market. The role focuses on crafting high-quality visual experiences across multiple digital platforms while optionally supporting brand and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate combines strong digital design expertise with attention to detail and a sense of brand consistency
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end (full lifecycle) visual design for digital products, including UI interfaces, icons, motion graphics, and micro-interactions across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Define and maintain the overall product visual style, break down design tasks, evaluate workload, set project schedules, and efficiently deliver multiple concurrent design projects.
- Work closely with product and development teams to follow the design implementation process, ensuring pixel-perfect fidelity and high-quality visual details.
- Develop prototypes, demo videos, motion graphics or necessary storytelling methods to bring visual designs to life and clearly convey design ideas to stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and tools (e.g., Figma, AI-assisted design tools, multi-platform adaptation standards), explore innovative visual solutions, and drive team capability upgrades.
- Contribute to marketing or brand collateral creation (digital or print) aligned with design systems to maintain visual consistency.
- Conduct internal design knowledge sharing and mentoring, supporting junior and mid-level designers in skill development and growth. Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years in digital product visual design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complete multi-platform projects.
- Skills: Deep expertise in typography, color theory, layout, data visualization, and visual hierarchy. Strong hand-drawing or illustration skills are a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe suite, microsoft suite, and motion/animation or relevant tools. Indesign fo print is a plus.
- Design Systems: Proven experience developing design systems and style guides; experience across multi-languages or regions is a plus.
- Mindset: Passionate about design and User Experience trends, innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to mentor junior-mid designers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related field
- Languages: Fluent professional English-must, German add on, Chinese Prioritized.
