Job Description

• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Support resources dispatched onsite during commissioning and on site services.
• Support the Project Managers during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
• Perform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities for PV & BESS.
• Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
• Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
• Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
• Support resources dispatched onsite (Field Service Engineers and Service Partners) during commissioning and on site & reworks services
• Participate in the claim management process
• Taking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process

• Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.

• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. (understand ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage etc, & Battery Energy Storage Systems)
• Bulgarian & English language skills at least on C1.
• Experience with Battery Storage solutions is mandatory.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Driving license is required for the job.
• H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training.
• Willing to work on call duty AND to travel on-site(70%).
• Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.
