Job Description

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us. Being a Project Manager is an exciting task, since you are the coordinator our clients and colleagues rely on.

This is Project Manager Part-time position, 36hs weekly Milan based.

You will support the execution of our projects in Italy, making sure that supply, logistics, testing and commissioning activities run smoothly.
These will be your most important responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of internal resources and external partners/vendors for the execution of PV/ESS Projects.
  • Manage the entire project life cycle from supply chain to commissioning.
  • Assist in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Help in developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and update project plans together with the senior team.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including handover certification.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. Help maintain strong relationships with Clients, third parties/vendors, and Sungrow teamsAll right, so what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it’s all about renewable energy projects:
  • Educational background in engineering, management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, or the renewable sector (internship, thesis or junior role also considered).
  • Good technical curiosity and willingness to learn about the renewable energy market.
  • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English; Italian mandatory. (Spanish or Chinese are a plus).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Because we are awesome! We offer a free basket of puppies should you join us!
