Job Description
- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Evaluate project feasibility, profitability, and risk during contract negotiation. Prepare project financing proposals for presentation to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives align with project goals.
- Monitor project financial performance and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
- Project level revenue and cost matching and profitability analysis.
- Provide financial analysis and support throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in project finance or EPC.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of project finance principles.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP or similar credentials are a plus.
