Being an O&M Service Intern is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

• Organize and summarize sales bidding documents, track and manage contract handover process.
• Track project delivery progress, routinely check O&M handover conditions, earlier involved with O&M process.
• Support O&M initiation, build and update O&M project archives, track standard O&M implementation actions among multiple teams.
• Monitor O&M service fulfilment quality in different regions, summarize common problems and escalate to O&M manager.
• Financial support: work with service operation team, manage O&M contract start/end dates and trigger invoicing, and update project records.
• Other important work with O&M team.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; Energy, Electricity, Electronics or Computer Science majors would be a strong plus.
• Very good knowledge of computer and common application software and MS office, ability to keep it smart and simple.
• Strong data analysis and summary skills.
• Flexible attitude and able to operate in a cross-functional, multicultural, dynamic and demanding organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing at least C1.
