We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Office Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, administrative support, and day-to-day business operations in a dynamic international environment.

• Assist with front desk duties: welcoming visitors, answering calls, and managing mail
• Support the coordination of office supplies, deliveries, and inventory
• Help organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Maintain and update internal documentation and filing systems
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees
• Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed

• Provide general administrative support to the office team

• Currently enrolled in a relevant MBO/HBO/University program (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management) and will stay enrolled for the whole duration of the internship (6 months)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Can work onsite at least 4 times per week
